Natalie Aguilera is an enrolled member of the Oklahoma Choctaw Tribe. She received a Bachelor’s degree from UC Berkeley in 2000 and she obtained her Professional Human Resources (PHR) Certification in 2008. Natalie has been at NAHC since 2005 and her role as Chief Administrative Officer is to provide leadership in developing and executing administrative strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of NAHC. Natalie is inspired by her Grandmother Alice Carnes who came to Oakland from Oklahoma and dedicated much of her life to serving the community through her work at the Intertribal Friendship House. As Chief Administrative Officer at NAHC, Natalie hopes to serve the Native community and through service and dedication, make sure opportunities and resources are available for future generations.
