Improving the lives of Native Students
We are proud to announce the sixth year of the Seven Generations Scholarship! The Seven Generations Scholarship Fund has awarded over fifty (50) scholarships since its inception year in 2016, and has given over ninety-two thousand dollars ($92,000) in financial support to Native Students and its’ very own NAHC staff! Funds are used towards scholarship recipients' books, room/board, tuition, and fees. We welcome you to join our endeavors aimed at making the world a better place. Anthony Cesspooch Guzman, MSW
Northern Ute/Mexican
Enrolled member of the Northern Ute Tribe, the primary funder of a Master's Degree in Social Work. Anthony strengthens the Seven Generations Scholarship Fund with his traditional lens, assertiveness, and diplomacy through his work in rural and urban Native American communities. Anthony provides insight into the complexities of our Native people, and the understanding required to make decisions for the greater good of the Nations.
Tamana (Bunny) Begay, DDS
Navajo, Seneca, Mohawk
Enrolled member of the Navajo, Seneca, and Mohawk tribes, Dr. Begay has a keen belief in the power of charity and volunteer work. Dr. Begay is committed to changing the world. There really couldn’t be a more dedicated Committee Member. We are so happy to have Dr. Begay as part of the Seven Generations Scholarship Fund team.
Natalie Aguilera, MPA
Oklahoma Choctaw
Enrolled member of the Oklahoma Choctaw tribe, Natalie Aguilera brings her personable and detail-oriented strengths to the Seven Generations Scholarship Fund. Natalie is beloved by both our donors and our program managers. We are so lucky to have such a wonderful Program Coordinator and team player on our 7G Scholarship Committee.

Blackfeet Nation
Enrolled member of the Blackfeet Nation, and former Seven Generations Scholarship recipient. The Seven Generations Scholarship Fund welcomes Kelli Rutherford into the family! Kelli is committed to give back to the Native community by helping Native students thrive and build their professional careers, and reach their educational goals.

Enrolled member of the Umatilla, Nez Perce, Cayuse , and Walla Walla tribes, Sophia has a keen belief in the power of charity and volunteer work. Sophia is committed to changing the world.
